What is included in StayBoard?

StayBoard is three products in one: a full PMS (reservations, check-in, folios, rate management, housekeeping, night audit, reports), a Restaurant RMS (menu, orders, kitchen, tables, waitlist, inventory), and a Guest Portal (mobile self-service for ordering and table reservations). All share the same guest and folio data.

Does the restaurant connect to guest folios?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Restaurant orders with a room number automatically post charges to the guest folio in the PMS. Cancellations and voids sync back — no separate POS settlement step.

Which languages are supported?

Accepted Answer

The platform UI and API messages support English, Azerbaijani, Russian, and Georgian. Night-audit report emails and exports are also available in all four languages.

How do roles and permissions work?

Seven role types — director, admin, manager, front desk, housekeeping, accounting, and guest — each see a tailored navigation menu. Sensitive areas like audit logs and multi-hotel admin are restricted to appropriate roles.

Can we manage multiple hotels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Directors and admins switch between properties from one account. Each hotel has its own timezone, currency, tax rates, and SMTP settings.

How does the guest portal work?

When a reservation is confirmed, guests receive portal credentials by email. They can browse the restaurant menu, order to their table or room, track order status, and reserve restaurant tables — all from their phone.
